IER MRO Industries DWC LLC (“IER MRO”) and Chromalloy Gas Turbine LLC (“Chromalloy”) have entered into a Premium Channel Partner Agreement, establishing a framework to jointly develop the commercial aerospace aftermarket across the Middle East and Africa.
Under the agreement, Chromalloy has appointed IER MRO as a Premium Channel Partner for the Middle East and Africa, with the two companies working together to expand access to Chromalloy’s Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) parts, Designated Engineering Representative (DER) repairs and broader aftermarket solutions for commercial narrow-body engine customers across the region.
The collaboration brings together Chromalloy’s extensive engineering, repair and alternative-parts capabilities with IER MRO’s rapidly developing 1.4 million square feet, next-generation, AI-enabled Engine MRO facility at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH), Dubai South. The development includes a dedicated Smart Module Factory designed to support approximately 2,000 major engine modules annually, full engine MRO capabilities and Twin Test Cells. It also focuses on airlines, engine owners, lessors, and MRO operators throughout the region.
The companies intend to collaborate across several strategic areas, including joint business development, DER market development, technical collaboration, customer support initiatives, and development of future value-added aftermarket solutions. The arrangement also creates a framework for Chromalloy and IER MRO to explore solutions such as repair services, logistics support, and other programmes designed to improve availability, responsiveness, and cost-effective aftermarket support for customers.

The relationship with Chromalloy forms part of IER MRO’s wider strategy to build an integrated aftermarket ecosystem around its Dubai operation, combining engine MRO capability with innovative repair solutions, alternative materials, parts support, inventory and asset-management services.
