Larry has a proven track record in the Industrial & Aero Derivative Energy Business with operational and financial success as the current owner and Chairman of International Energy Resources for the past 25 years. His deep understanding of the industry and his ability to work with and balance the interests of all stakeholders give him the ideal foundation for his transition into the Aerospace industry and the establishment of IER MRO Industries DWC-LLC.

Larry arrived in the UAE some 38 years ago and has a wealth of knowledge working from the region in the Global arena with many multinational organisations and government authorities.

As a truly independent service provider at the time of unprecedented demand for Aero Engine maintenance, overhauling and repairing over the next 25 years, Larry has once again planted another important flag in the sand at the world’s largest airport and aviation development in Dubai at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub.
